Christmas...

Christmas, Christmas, and a little more Christmas. What a fun but busy time of year! We have had one Christmas gathering after another with still one more tomorrow! Here are some different pictures from all the different gatherings. (And yes Nolan got to finally meet his cousin, sweet little Annette!)

Nolan on Christmas morning! He is riding on his new digger with his slide in the background. (After about 30 minutes of Christmas Nolan said "mama dada more ho ho more ho ho!" He calls Santa Ho Ho!

Mamae thanks for my new red sweater!

Grandpa Firek and Nolan with his new golf clubs.

Our mantel. Thanks for our stockings Mamae. We love them. (My mom knitted them all by hand for us! What a labor of love!)

Mamae with her two grand children.

Christmas Eve, Nolan was ready for bed! He loves his new hat from Muggy!

The happy family. We were so happy to have them around for Christmas. Aunt Meg, Uncle Theron, and Annette. We can't wait until they move back to Michigan!

Changes...

With a new baby coming in 2 months or so. It was time to get Nolan adjusted to his big boy bed room. We no longer have a baby in the crib. Here are two pictures of his last nap in the crib then a picture of him in his twin big boy bed. We actually had a harder time with the transition than he did! He loves the big bed and his new bed room!

Our Little Chef!

Nolan is the happiest little chef ever! He loves to be in the kitchen. We spend a lot time side by side in the kitchen! He now loves to wear my aprons. Maybe Santa will bring him his own! We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!!!

Metting Ella!

Nolan was a excited to meet his new friend Ella! He held her for a minute and even gave her a kiss. He is practicing for 2 months from now when he will be a big brother! He still likes to tell us that his mom is having a baby "dirl" or girl even though we don't know the babies sex. Who knows he has a 50/50% chance of being right!

Reading with Muggy

Nolan loves, loves, loves books. Right now he especially loves books about Santa and Christmas! He was enjoying a story from Muggy, his great grandma!

Little buds!

It was a fun night catching up with old friends. Here is a picture of Lily, Nolan, and Hunter! (They are all full of smiles!) They played so well together. I was fun to enjoy a night with great friends, The Ames!

Brownies anyone...

Nolan and Grace were sooo excited when they got to clean the brownie batter bowl. They sure like chocolate but who doesn't! Bath time is soon to follow.

Oh Christmas Tree!

We had a beautiful day this past weekend to go and pick out our Christmas Tree. Here are a few pictures from the trip. Nolan also got to see Santa. He wasn't too upset, maybe the tootsie rolls Santa gave him helped! We will post some pictures of the tree soon.

Thankful!

We have a lot to be thankful for. Our families, our great friends, our health, and so much more! What a busy few days! We had a great Thanksgiving. It was nice to catch up with our families and friends. Here are just a few pictures.

Enjoying the parade with mommy! Waiting patiently for Santa! And Rudolph.

Waiting for the parade to start with Muggy, Mamae, daddy, and papa!

Loves to help!

Nolan is quite the helper these days! He is getting ready to be a big brother! We are training him young for the dishes!

Play Date

It was great to catch up with some old friends and their little ones! It is always fun to get together so the kids can play and the moms can chat!

Just a few pictures

Nolan continues to be the light in our life! He is getting so big so fast. Talking all the time. (Seriously all the time!) We are loving every minute of it. Less than 3months an he will be a big brother! We wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

(He loves chocolate especially dark! And he is mommy's little helper in the kitchen!)

Busy week...

Things don't always go as plan but oh well. I went to Rhode Island with my sister Emily to see our sister and brother in law who just had a new baby, Annette! Nolan was going to come but last minute he ended up staying in Michigan with Mamae, Papa, and Muggy! (I owe you all one for keeping him all week!) He kept them busy. Oh and dad is hunting.

Here are some pictures of Nolan's first cousin. We are so excited to be an aunt and uncle now! So exciting. Annette it the perfect baby girl, calm, quiet, content, and super cute. Almost 2 weeks old now. We loved coming to meet her! We miss you guys already!

Sleeping in his boots...

We have said this before but Nolan loves accessories. Last week for a nap he insisted on keeping the boots on. Some days anything goes! You decide to pick your battles!

Sleepy Howell

It was a fun night for the little ones! Nolan wasn't so sure about all the other kids in costumes. Here are just a few pictures from our early Halloween outing.

First Deer

What a weekend. Nolan was very busy helping dad track and field dress the deer. We donated the meat to a local food bank!

Best Little Buds!

Grace and Nolan are the best little buds. Here are a few pictures of the two little friends! They will both be big siblings soon.
