30...

Well I am now 30...yes that's right. It is still hard to believe but I am looking forward to the next 30 years! The past 30 have been filled with some of the best moments of my life. (graduating high school and college, getting married to my best friend, the births of Nolan and Davis, and many more)
If you know me well, you know that I like to be in control and in charge 99% of the time... Jason did an awesome job and pulled off a wonderful surprise party! I was in complete shock and I still am! Thanks babe for a wonderful party and birthday I will never forget it! On my actual birthday the boys made me a wonderful breakfast after they let me sleep in! Then I headed to the mall to go shopping for the afternoon, and dinner at Morton's Steakhouse. It was a perfect day.

Below are a few pictures of the picture Jason also surprised me with! It is absolutely beautiful. It is really big, 4 feet by 3 feet. The picture is extra special because the boys got to help with it. If you look close you can see feet prints in the sky of Nolan and Davis! The painter duplicated a picture that I love, it's a sunset at Burt lake! Thank you to all my friends and family for making my birthday so special. I am lucky to have all of you in my life everyday. Enough about my birthday. I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Katey, Emily, Meg, and me.

The 3 sisters! Meg and Emily...I am so lucky to have you as sisters and best friends. I don't know what I would do without either of you! I can't wait for all the fun times still ahead! Meg I am so happy you are back in Michigan! Now we can see you all the time. I love you both. xoxo

Yard work

The boys love to be outside and they love to help their dad! Just a few pictures of the boys just working around outside. We are enjoying the weather before it starts to snow!

We missed you...

A few weeks ago Jason went hunting for a week with Chilman. The boys and I missed him like crazy! Here is a picture of the boys with the 9 point Chilman got in Missouri. It was late at night when daddy got home so the boys are in their pj's! We tried to keep our selfs busy while dad was gone. We stayed with mamae and papa D a few nights, visited with all our friends, and even Aunt Im came up to stay with us at our house a few nights! Davis really missed his daddy. At least one time a day he would have a major melt down and start screaming and crying for his dada. (It was so sad to watch.) Needless to say we were ready with open arms when dad came home!!!

Boys, boys, boys...

Jason and I have great friends, the L's. It is really fun that our boys get along and play so well together also. Nolan, Davis and I got to go visit Heather and Julius. Nolan and Davis love to play at other friends homes. Congratulations to our wonderful friends with the addition of their son Astor! Now each family has 2 boys! We look forward to enjoying all the boys as they grow up together!

Julius, Nolan, and Davis playing a concert for us! Wow was it loud.

Bath time!

Davis loves babies! He wanted to hold and touch Astor all night. Astor slept through everything,  even 3 screaming, yelling, wild boys!

Working out

The boys come to workout with us on Thursday nights. Davis is becoming very interested in the kettle bells. He wants to workout along with us! Thank you so much to Johanna and Kurt for all the great workouts and allowing us to bring our two wild boys along for all the workouts!

Happy Halloween!

Here are some pictures from our full filled Halloween night! The boys loved it! Davis loved getting candy and running from house to house.

Brotherly love! They have good and bad moments together.

Traveling to Lake Charles!!!

Some of you may know this but for those of you that don't. We met friends on our honey moon over 8 years ago! And we still talk with them often and try to see each other when we can. Between the two families there are 5 kids with more on the way. (Laurie is due in early February!) We had lots of fun watching the kids play, talking, and eating! Here are some pictures from our trip. Thanks for letting us come and visit Cunninghams, we had a great time!
On the plane headed to Lake Charles to visit our friends! Davis slept for most of the 3 hour flight!

The dads took all the kids our for a boat ride.
