First Day of Preschool!!!

Nolan has started preschool. I am sure this is the first of many posts to come about Nolan and school. He was all smiles as we took pictures before he left for school! Jason dropped him off at school and I picked him up. There we no tears when his dad left. When I came to pick him up...that is a different story. He cried and screamed hysterically. His teacher told him she would see him tomorrow and Nolan responded with "I will not see you again because I'm never coming back!" Then day two. He cried for a few minutes when I left but when I came to get him he was all smiles and wanted to show us around his room! We will see how it goes next week. His teacher did tell me that he listens really well and pays attention to everything especially the details! (We can't get away with anything, Nolan never misses a thing!)
All smiles on the front porch before his first day of school! Nolan how time flies...We are so proud of you and we love you so much. You bring us so much laughter and happiness!

 Being silly!

Daddy and Nolan

Davis and Nolan. Davis wasn't too sure about what was going on. When daddy left with Nolan. Davis kept going to the back door yelling for "bro-bro" that's what he calls Nolan!

Look at me!!!

Nolan is riding his bike with no training wheels! He is doing great! Here are some pictures of his first night riding. He road around the driveway for 2 hours! We think he is doing so well because he learned to balance from his balance bike he got for Christmas last year. We are so proud of you Nolan!

Here are some pictures of our little/big man Davis! He is so happy...most of the time! If he isn't happy he will be sure to let you know. He is now 18 months and growing and developing perfect. Today he got 2 shots and weighed in at 33 1/2 pounds and 35 1/2 inches!
All boy, eating dirt!

Blowing kisses!

Canning!!!

I am official addicted to something...canning. I can't seem to get enough of it. Here are a few pictures from our canning party with some of my family last weekend. It was very successful. We canned 79 jars of great stuff! We will be enjoying all of the canned goods all winter long. Here are two pictures and here is a list of what I/we have canned so far...bread and butter pickles, quartered tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, hot pepper jelly, raspberry jam, blueberry lime jam, cherry jam, peach butter, pickled jalapenos, jardiniere, tomatillo salsa, tomato salsa, and dilly beans. And we have frozen corn and green beans.
